Our Misson.
Our mission is to become the lighthouse on the coast for football fans seeking NFL depth charts. Depth strives to be the most updated depth chart option on the web, bar none.
What Makes Us Different?
While there are other depth chart offerings on the Internet, most do not update to reflect daily roster transactions and therefore aren’t of much use to the most ardent football fans.
In addition to having an aesthetic representation of each NFL team’s depth chart, Depth takes this one step further by consolidating multifarious in-depth analytics and tools to formulate our own proprietary algorithms, thus creating consistent player evaluations yielding unique player, coach, and roster grades.
What Am I Supposed to Do With This Data?
Fans can utilize this data however they like - from assisting them in their weekly Fantasy Football matchups, assessing team needs more adequately for more informed college mock drafts, to merely looking at strengths and weaknesses of upcoming weekly opponents for their favorite team.
How Often are Depth Charts Updated?
For any team that has processed a roster transaction that day, we strive to have the team depth chart updated by 7pm EST same day. If you do not see a player transaction reflected on a team’s depth chart, please send us a note on our X account.
How Often are Player Grades Updated?
We do three massive updates for every player per year:
Pre-Season (Week 3) - August
Midseason (Week 9) - November
Post-Season (Conclusion of Super Bowl) - February
How Come There Isn’t a Profile for Every Player?
Like with any new startup with limited resources and bandwidth, we have started our focus with making sure a profile is made for each player that would be factored in the Roster Grading formula from launch. Hopefully, with your continued support and attention on the site, we can put ourselves in a position in the future to make profiles for every player.
Will There Be a NCAA College Version?
While we will refrain from doing depth charts for colleges in the immediate due to limited bandwidth, we will be including draft-eligible player’s profile pages on our “Depth U” page that will give you scouting breakdowns before April’s draft. Stay tuned…
What’s With the Logos?
You will notice that each NFL team has an alternate logo on the website. Depth’s founder has a background in graphic design and this has been a long-term passion project to come up with some different, modernized logos that may appeal to NFL fans in a similar vein to how the NFL has recently been launching their new rivalry uniforms. Let us know your feedback on our social accounts or in the contact form below and if there is enough interest, we will look into creating some simple merchandising options.

Our Team
Filip Prus
Owner/Founder
Filip is a graduate of University of South Carolina, where he earned Summa Cum Laude honors with a B.S. in Sports and Entertainment Management (SPTE) from the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management (HRSM).
Filip began his professional career working with Aregatta Sports Management under the tutelage of sports agent, Andrew J. Bondarowicz, Esq. In addition to being on the representation team of several college prospects preparing for the NFL draft from 2009 to 2011, Filip worked as an Operations and Recruiting Director for the expansion Trenton Steel of the Southern Indoor Football League.
Filip is also a graduate of Dan Hatman’s Scouting Academy and has three+ years professional scouting experience working with Optimum Scouting/XFL under Eric Galko, Director of Football Operations and Player Personnel for the East-West Shrine Bowl.
Filip also has experience applying his analytics and data evaluation systems with Professional Referee Organization in helping identify new officials into the Major League Soccer officiating pipeline, as well as assisting with assignments for the NWSL and USL. Filip has also worked in ticket and sponsorship sales with FC Dallas of Major League Soccer.
In addition to his experience in the sports industry, Filip has over a decade experience working as a licensed background investigator, affording him a unique perspective when it comes to evaluations for off-the-field profiles, as well as experience working as a creative director/graphic designer in the private sector.
